The Exploration phase follows a dual approach of individual coaching and or mentoring of individuals to identify options and actions for addressing challenges and needs across the business value chain. Alternatively a more formal assessment can be conducted using tailored diagnostics to identify specific business gaps and needs. The cost, scope and period of a coaching engagement and or assessment and agreed outputs are determined prior to commencement.
